Shipping
Most items are ready to ship within 24 hours of your order being placed.
As we like to keep our stock levels low sometimes a size will be available, but we will need to make it up for you. In this case please allow up to 2 days for your order to be shipped out.
Domestic Orders
We offer free shipping on all orders over $200 within Australia.
All orders are sent by Australia Post with Registered mail, you will receive a tracking number for your package. Expected delivery time can be up to 10 business days depending on your location. Please allow more time when ordering through the peak seasons.
A flat rate of $10 applies for all domestic shipping not over $200.
International Orders
We are happy to post internationally, a flat rate of $25 applies (sorry it is expensive, costs a bit to send items from Australia)
Expected delivery time is 7 - 14 business days. Please allow more time when ordering through the peak seasons.
International customers will be responsible for any custom duties, taxes and fees that may be required by your government or postal services.
(Note: that international orders can sometimes be delayed due to custom inspection when coming into your country)
Please Note: We are not responsible for refunding or re-making any items lost during shipping. This is a rare occurrence, but there is always a risk when dealing with the post service. Once the package has left our hands there is nothing more we can do. We are sympathetic for customers loss, but at this stage we cannot afford to spend the time and money to re-make items. If you would like to purchase insurance, please contact us before placing your order and we can organising pricing.
